В статье представлены результаты использования неинвазивного метода СКВИД биомагнитной сасептометрии для определения накопления железа вткани печени крыс со свинцовой интоксикацией. Установлено, что магнитный сигнал над печенью крыс после 30 введений различных соединений свинца и через месяц постэкспозиционного периода был заметно выше, чем в контрольной группе животных. Это может быть обусловлено нарушением метаболизма железа при свинцовой интоксикации и свидетельствовать о его накоплении в печени. Полученные результаты в перспективе могут быть использованы для разработки неинвазивного метода количественного определения железа в органах и тканях.
